1. Scope & Procedures

The services provided by ukvisa.ae encompass the processing of visa applications and/or other documents for travelers who are on vacation or business. We ensure that visa applicants fulfill all the UK visa requirements. The website www.ukvisa.ae provides visa services to people from all over the world, but primarily to residents of the UAE. The service is not available to citizens of Azerbaijan or Qatar. We assist people from all walks of life with visa applications. Visa specialists assist customers not only with the selection of appropriate visa packages but also with the preparation of the application and submission at the consulate or visa centre of the respective nation.

It is our top priority to ensure that our clients receive their visas on time. The requirements for visas vary by country, and by authorizing ukvisa.ae to represent them, the applicant agrees to all documentation setting forth requirements, restrictions, and limitations of liability in the contract. The applicant acknowledges that UKvisa.ae is not liable for any decision made by the Embassy regarding his or her visa application, and UKvisa.ae has no involvement in or influence over Embassy decisions.

Ukvisa.ae will not be liable for any losses incurred by the client as a result of the reasons stated. If you request it, we can assist you with booking your flight tickets as part of our visa services. However, unless the visa laws of the country you are applying for demand it, it is better to arrange flight tickets and hotel accommodations only after you receive the visa. Additionally, if you must catch a transit flight before arriving at your final destination, you must check with the airlines. All countries have different policies regarding transit visas.

2. Documentation

Each applicant should make sure all documents are in order prior to their trip to the UK. For you to apply for a visa in the country, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your projected date of return from the United Kingdom. Your passport and supporting documents must be provided within the time frame specified to us in order to ensure that your visa application is processed quickly. We will only return all of your documents to you once the visa issuance procedure has been completed by the issuing authority. By submitting all of your documents to Ukvisa.ae, you agree automatically to this. Embassies and consulates schedule visa interviews based on first-come, first-served. In the event we don't receive all the documents, appointment dates will have to be modified.

All of your important documents, such as your passport, flight confirmation, travel insurance, hotel reservation, appointment letter, etc., will be returned to you after the application procedure has been completed. An acknowledgement of receipt of these documents must be sent by email. You will not be eligible for any further adjustments if you fail to send the mail on the same day. A fee would also be charged for any adjustment you wanted to make further.

After acquiring the visa, ukvisa.ae must be notified of the same through mail. A visa check is critical, since it will let us know if there are errors in the visa that require immediate correction. In the absence of communication with us on the same day, we will presume you have accepted the visa. ukvisa.ae will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to the delay in this process.

We expect our customers to notify us of any changes to their plans or further requirements in service in advance. UKvisa.ae will not be responsible for any problems that may have risen as a result of the applicant’s negligence.

3. Fee and Payment Mode

Visa service fees are in addition to the visa processing fee charged by the issuing authority. Online bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards are all acceptable methods of payment. The payment needs to be processed and billed on an immediate basis. Please keep in mind that Visa application requirements and processing prices can change at any time.

4. Processing Time

Various nations have different processing times for visa applications. As a result of years of interacting with consulates and embassies, the processing times listed on our website are estimates. We begin processing your visa application the day we receive it. Weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and any other public holidays are excluded from the visa processing period; the immigration office working days are only open from Sunday to Thursday. 5. Approval and Rejection of Visas

www.ukvisa.ae is solely responsible for processing visa applications. For visa evaluations and processing, the UK consulate or embassy is responsible. Whether your visa is approved or rejected lies solely with the authority granting it. The UK visa approval is not guaranteed by ukvisa.ae.

6. Policies on Cancellation and Refund

Once the visa application has been sent to the consulate, the fee is not refundable, regardless of whether it is rejected. Your processing cost may be refunded if you cancel before the visa application is submitted to the embassy or consulate. Our refund policy does not reimburse charges for service, banking, or administration, so a partial refund (no more than 50%) would be permitted.

Changes in visa policies at the consulate or embassy after your visa request has been submitted do not entitle you to compensation from www.ukvisa.ae.

Your visa application must be cancelled via your ukvisa.ae account. Simply select the option to delete or cancel it. As a rule, we will not refund credit card payments from more than one month ago. Instead, you would be offered a service credit that could be applied to another visa application only through ukvisa.ae.

Visa packages and their prices are subject to change without notice at any time. In this regard, it is critical that our clients and others who might be interested in our terms and conditions periodically review the website.

7. Use of Intellectual Property

ukvisa.ae owns all the information and graphic representations of the website, including the text, graphics, images, videos, and other aspects of the website. Therefore, we hereby reserve the right to limit or terminate access to the website at any time, without notice or warning.
